When you join, we collect your name and email to send photography education, resources, event updates, and occasional promotions. We use MailerLite as our email service provider, which processes your data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

We may track email performance metrics (opens, clicks) to improve what we send you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing mharrishustlers@gmail.com. If you’re in the EU/UK, our legal basis is your consent (you can withdraw it anytime). If you’re in California, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CPRA.

We retain your data while you’re subscribed or up to 24 months after inactivity, unless you request deletion sooner. Basic site analytics and cookies may be used to measure sign-ups. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
