48 COUPLE PORTRAITS IN 8 MINUTES
The timeline's blown. Portraits got cut to nothing. This is the exact sequence I run when there's no time left.
Send me the trainingYOU ALREADY KNOW THIS DAY
The ceremony ran long. Cocktail hour started twelve minutes ago. The planner is walking toward you. And the couple you promised gorgeous portraits to has eight minutes, maybe less.
So you rush. You pull the three poses you always pull. You fill the gallery with variations of the same frame and you tell yourself the light was good.
It isn't a talent problem. It's a sequence problem. You're deciding what to shoot while you're shooting it, and that's the slowest way to work.
WHAT'S IN THE TRAINING
Three things, and they only work together.
THE POSES
Twelve base positions, each with four variations. That's 48 distinct frames out of a set small enough to hold in your head.
THE PROMPTS
What to actually say, word for word, so two nervous people move like they like each other instead of freezing.
THE ORDER
The sequence they run in. One flows into the next without resetting the couple, so you're never standing there thinking.
WHAT YOU GET BACK
Eight minutes stops being the emergency. You walk in with a plan you don't have to invent under pressure. The couple stays comfortable because you're never hesitating. And the gallery comes back with range instead of forty near-identical frames.
It's free, and it's the same system I teach on stage at WPPI and inside Book Brides Bootcamp. If I could hand a wedding photographer one thing first, it would be this.

WHO'S TEACHING THIS
I'm Michelle. I shoot weddings and I teach photographers, on stage at WPPI, at Imaging USA, and in my own rooms. Couple posing is the thing I get asked about more than anything else I do, and this is the piece people come back and tell me changed their wedding days.
Whether you've been rocking with me for years or found me last Tuesday, it's yours.
See you in there ❤️
Michelle
